Our mission at Innsbrook Family Dentistry is to care for each patient’s dental health in a gentle and friendly manner, treating everyone as if they are our own family. Insurance and financial situations should not limit or delay proper dental care. The Wellness Plan is designed to provide you an affordable way to have the dental care you deserve.

Wellness Plan Offers

You are eligible for the wellness plan if you are a new or active patient in our practice and you do not have dental insurance. Our Wellness Plan provides comprehensive dental care for less than out of pocket costs. It is not an insurance plan.

Wellness Plan Benefits

One year Wellness Plan includes two periodic exams, one set of bitewing x-rays, two oral cancer screenings, two routine cleanings per year, and panorex x-ray as needed. Plan also includes no waiting periods, no deductibles, and no annual maximum.
